The Minister’s authority does not relate to, or affect, legislation administered by other federal departments or governments, such as the Indian Act or the Addition of Lands to Reserves and Reserve Creation Act. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
