With this RFP, CMHC is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-003854 to provide legal, securing and property management, and marketing, sales, and conveyancing services on a nationwide basis to deliver the Enhanced Claim Service Model (“ECS”) and Default Real Estate, as further described in Section A and B of the RFP Specifications (Appendix C).
