Invitation to Tender for Purcells Cove Road Water Main Renewal. The Purcells Cove Road Watermain Renewal & Paving project is located in the community of Halifax, NS. This project includes all work associated with the replacement of the 200 mm diameter DI watermain on Rosborough Loop and Purcells Cove Road (from Rosborough Loop to Civic 1245 Purcells Cove Road), replacement of two cross culverts, 60 mm mill and pave on Purcells Cove Road (from Herring Cove Road to Pinehaven Drive), and the full depth road reconstruction of Rosborough Loop.
