The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking qualified entities or individuals (“Companies”) to enter an Agreement establishing a list of Companies (“Contractors”) to provide on-call homeless encampment clean up services throughout the City of Riverside (“Services”). The City anticipates selecting up to five (5) Companies to perform the Services on an as-needed basis in all three categories of Standard Homeless Encampment Clean-up, Emergency Homeless Encampment Clean-Up, and Hazardous Encampment Clean-up. Individual Contractors may receive requests for homeless encampment clean up services up to (20) twenty or more locations during a typical fiscal Service period.
