Physiotherapy Services for Offenders – Québec Region This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region (four (4) institutions). The Federal Training Center (FTC), Archambault Institution, La Macaza Institution and The Port-Cartier Institution. Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation is open to Canadian suppliers only. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid that meets all mandatory requirements. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada requires the provision of physiotherapy services to offenders across four (4) federal institutions in the Quebec Region, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation planning, and progress reporting. Objectives: To provide professional physiotherapy services that support the health needs of offenders and ensure continuity of care across the Quebec Region institutions. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide physiotherapy assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, rehabilitation recommendations, and clinical documentation in accordance with CSC standards. Services may be delivered on site at institutions and must be provided in either official language as required. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
