The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Atlantic Region, intends to establish a Regional Master Supply Arrangement (RMSA) for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous plumbing fittings and supplies on an “as and when requested” basis for a period of 5 years for use by various Federal Government Departments and agencies located in New-Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Eligibility for individual Requests for Proposals against the Supply Arrangement may be limited to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process. Reference the solicitation for further details.
