Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 2, 2026 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide maintenance services for the perimeter security equipment, including security bollards, vehicle crash barriers, vehicle traffic arms, and guard booths, to ensure their integrity and uninterrupted performance at Parliament Hill (111 Wellington St. Ottawa). These services include all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labour required to maintain, inspect, test, repair, and service the equipment, as well as provide software updates and/or upgrades. A mandatory site visit will be held on September 16, 2026 at 10:00AM. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 9, 2026 at 11:00AM to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
