The City is seeking the services of an experienced, responsible, qualified, capable and professional consulting firm (“Consultant”) to provide services for pump efficiency and meter testing for RPU’s Water System. The selected Consultant shall provide the services required in Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The Consultant shall coordinate visits to 38 booster pumps and 51 well pump sites with RPU’s water operations staff and conduct field testing to measure parameters to calculate pump and station/well efficiencies. There are 136 booster pumps as part of 38 individual booster stations within the distribution system.
