Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is a core input to security decision-making at the Bank, supporting the identification, assessment, and response to threats affecting employees, assets, and operations. The Bank has established a highly capable OSINT Framework. To reinforce it, it is looking for scalable tooling to further operationalize this capability in a sustainable and controlled manner. The enhanced functionality being sought includes faster threat identification, more consistent outputs, and identifying any remaining exposure related to non-secure collection methods.
