Canada Student Financial Assistance (CSFA) Program - Request for Information (RFI)

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), collectively referred to as Canada, are initiating a procurement process for a service delivery contract for the administration of the Canada Student Financial Assistance Program (CSFA) Program. The CSFA Program aims to make post-secondary education more accessible by delivering financial assistance in a reliable, affordable, and client-focused manner. This Request for Information (RFI) provides: information about the RFI process and procurement priorities and timelines; a high-level overview of the current service delivery model and requirements; a description of key legislation and the importance of complying with government policies; considerations for the next service delivery contract; and a series of questions for interested suppliers to answer.
