The scope of services shall include: review of funding opportunities and evaluation of suitability, preliminary scoring evaluation of projects being considered for funding, coordination with state, federal, or other funding agencies to understand requirements, preparation of funding applications in accordance with the specific grant requirements, preliminary cost estimation, project description, supporting information development required for funding applications, and grant administration and reporting services after grants are awarded as required.
