The Department of National Defence has a requirement to engage an advisory services firm to support the Canadian Patrol Submarine Program (CPSP). The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek offers to engage a consulting firm with recent, relevant, and proven experience supporting comparable NATO or allied submarine acquisition, sustainment, or replacement programs to provide Core Services and Task Authorization Work in support of the Canadian Patrol Submarine Program and the Department of National Defence.
