The Board of Education of School District No. 38 (Richmond) is inviting proposals for the upgrade of the existing dust extraction system at RC Palmer Secondary School in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Tender documents.A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for March 24, 2026 at 3:30 PM local time; 8160 St. Albans Rd, Richmond, BC V6Y 3P4. The site visit is mandatory for contractors intending to act as Prime Contractors.
