The town of Diamond Valley requires the construction of a new building for the storage of their parks equipment. This equipment includes large mowers, agriculture type tractor, pick up trucks, small power tools, etc. The building will need to be built by early July as our parks department is being moved out of their current location and will need space to move into it readily. The building is expected to be approximately 60’ x 60’ and provide approximately 14’ of ceiling space. It will require one OH door that is 12’ wide and 10 to 12’ tall with an additional 3-man doors.
