The proposed work involves the removal and replacement of the existing roof system of the City’s “Lambert Park Gymnasium” located at 11431 McGirk Avenue in El Monte, CA (the “Project”). The Project includes the installation of a new styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified bituminous membrane roofing system on wood deck, as set forth in the Scope of Work, Contract Drawings and Technical Specifications for the Project. An estimated 19,000 square feet of new roofing is to be installed.
