The City of Norwalk Housing Successor Agency, through its Department of Community Development (City), is seeking a qualified organization to provide Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing (HPRP) program. Should an award of contract be made, the selected Proposer will enter into a Housing Services Agreement with the City of Norwalk to provide services to Norwalk residents to prevent them from becoming homeless and to assist the chronically homeless in securing permanent housing.
