Read full description
Contractor shall develop a native plant and tree palette for customer use that is climate appropriate,
low maintenance and fits within program budget requirements.
Contractor shall coordinate with Metropolitan staff and water agency staff in each of the three
cities to identify potential sites for turf replacement. Project site locations are subject to
change, if needed, at Metropolitan’s discretion.
Contractor shall contact the selected customers to arrange for a pre-installation site visit. The
site visit shall include:
