This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/H and covers a requirement from the following product sub-category (ies) of the SA: - Product sub-category 1 - Rotary chairs and Rotary stools; - Product sub-category 2 – Rotary Guest Chair and Side chairs; The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the purchase and fully assembled delivery of office seating to CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, British Columbia by November 25th 2026. This requirement is being re-solicited following the closure of Solicitation No. W0103-19028082/B on July 20th 2026. Canada will award up to two (2) contracts under this solicitation. Contract awards may be made on a category-specific basis or on an all-inclusive basis covering both categories. The number and scope of contract awards will be determined based on the results of the technical and financial evaluation. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream (SA holders). There is no security associated with the requirement. The non-SA holders cannot be awarded a contract unless and until the SAA has issued an SA to that supplier for the products and services contained in the bid. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
