Work of this Contract comprises the following: Demolition and construction of roofing assemblies. Construction comprises removal and replacement of sealed glazed units at an atrium skylight, along with spandrel panels as indicated on construction drawings. Existing SBS roofing, cap flashings and roof penetration assemblies are to be removed and modified to suite a new SBS roof assembly at Sister Mary Phillips School.
