This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Conceptual Study of the Acheson Wastewater Trunk Upgrades Downstream of Zone 5 Lift Station & Zone 5 Lift Station project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 256,802 hectares (634,571 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta.
