Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an up-to-date national electric vehicle charging infrastructure needs assessment that captures the announced policy/regulation shift (from EVAS to GHG standards), shifts in ZEV market (sales, production/availability of ZEV and EV charging infrastructure), technology, behaviour changes and trends, utilization, as well as other policy changes related to ZEV, including availability of incentives or changes to requirements.
