Operation and Maintenance of Skywood Eco Adventure Park

The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) an agency of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming is seeking to procure a suitable Vendor under RFB for the operation and maintenance of the Skywood Eco Adventure Park Property in Mallorytown, Ontario. The purpose of this RFB is to identify and procure a suitable Vendor for the operation and maintenance of the Skywood Eco Adventure Park located in Mallorytown, Ontario. The Vendor will operate the Skywood Eco Adventure Park as a high-quality recreation and leisure attraction on behalf of SLPC and pursuant to the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) for Amusement Device Licensing and Guidelines. The Vendor will also maintain the Skywood Eco Adventure Park in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
