The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase the NovaSeq X Sequencing System as the next-generation replacement and expansion of its existing Illumina sequencing infrastructure. The Centre for Health Genomics and Informatics (CHGI) currently operates within an established Illumina sequencing ecosystem, including NovaSeq 6000 instrumentation, validated laboratoryworkflows, trained personnel, quality management procedures, data management systems, and bioinformatics pipelines. The proposed NovaSeq X acquisition will integrate directly into this existing environment andsupport ongoing
