REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires the services of a Contractor for the repair and safety improvements to soil slopes in Jasper National Park (JNP). The Area of Work includes: Mile 5 Slope, Highway 93A, South of Jasper, AB (km 0.2-1.5). TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business” POLICY ON PRIORITIZING CANADIAN SUPPLIERS AND CANADIAN CONTENT IN STRATEGIC FEDERAL PROCUREMENTS This procurement is subject to the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurements. This means that this procurement is only open to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as defined herein. Bids submitted by anyone other than a Canadian Supplier or a Supplier of an Applicable Trading Partner will be rejected. Bidders must refer to Special Instructions, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Annex E - Declaration- Supplier Eligibility Attestation Form and Annex D - Canadian Content Attestation Form.
