The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) intends to conduct a competitive procurement for the supply and delivery of five (5) new multi-role utility helicopters to support Ontario’s Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Service (AFFES) operations. The procurement is anticipated to include five (5) new multi-role utility helicopters, including aircraft design and configuration, specialized firefighting and mission equipment, avionics and communications systems, delivery to Ontario, and associated project management and support services.
