The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for food services at Albert Head Galley, Victoria, British Columbia. The Work is to be performed during the period of mid-June to end-August inclusive and ‘as and when required’ from September to May. The period of the Standing Offer is for 1 year with 2 additional one year optional periods. This requirement is subject to the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurements. The solicitation of offers will be open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. There are no exceptions/exemptions under the Trade Agreements.
