   The primary objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure strategic communications and engagement support services for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA). The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to raise awareness of the Atlantic Economic Panel’s work and amplify its impact. This includes creating effective communication products across various platforms, executing digital and social media strategies, supporting panel members in social media engagement, and preparing tailored communications for specific audiences. The ultimate goal is to establish a cohesive brand and communications approach that effectively conveys the Panel's mission of fostering economic growth in Atlantic Canada.
