The City of Inglewood’s Facility Repair and Construction Division is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed roofing contractors for the replacement of roofing systems on five (5) structures located at the Centinela Adobe Historic Site, 7634 Midfield Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301.
The project includes four (4) historically significant structures and one (1) non-historic structure. The historic structures are recognized as contributing elements to the property's historic character and must be covered with roofing systems that preserve and maintain the architectural integrity, appearance, and character-defining features of the site. The fifth structure is a non-historic building and is not subject to the same historic preservation requirements.
Bidders must perform a complete assessment of existing conditions to provide the services necessary to deliver fully functional, watertight roofing systems for each structure. The awarded Bidder must provide project closeout inspections, as-built documentation, final lien releases, waste disposal documentation, and photographs of the completed work.
