The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to provide Animal Control and Dog Control Services as outlined in this Request for Proposals. The term of the agreement shall be for three (3) years, with the option to extend the agreement with two (2) 1-year extensions, at the sole discretion of the Regional District. Pricing shall be firm through years 1 to 3; pricing for optional years 4 and 5 to be negotiated. Respondents are encouraged to propose innovative approaches that meet the RDOS’s service requirements and provide added value.
