This RFSA is posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Pre-qualified suppliers, to whom a supply arrangement (including signed amendments) has been issued under RFSA #NRCan-5000091272 will not be required to submit a new arrangement. The purpose of this supply arrangement is to create a pool of qualified suppliers to test and certify products identified in the Energy Efficiency Regulations and fenestration products for Natural Resources Canada. Interested suppliers should carefully review the requirements of this supply arrangement and submit their arrangement for consideration. Suppliers who meet the evaluation criteria will be included in a pool of qualified suppliers, from which individuals may be selected to test specific products. Each of the eight (8) categories will be evaluated individually. Suppliers can pre-qualify for up to eight (8) categories; therefore, when submitting your arrangement, clearly indicate, in the title of the arrangement document, the category number(s) for which you wish to qualify for. - Category 1: Commercial Refrigeration Equipment - Category 2: Industrial and Commercial Equipment - Category 3: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) - Category 4: Household Appliances - Category 5: Water Heaters - Category 6: Electronics - Category 7: Lighting - Category 8: Fenestration The Supply Arrangement has no defined end-date and will remain valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use it.
