Title: New Inert Atmosphere Laboratory Glove Box Solicitation Number: 26-58153 Publication Date: October 1, 2026 Closing Date and Time: October 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) (formerly Agreement on Internal Trade [AIT]) Region of Opportunity: Canada Region of Delivery: Ottawa, ON GSIN: N6640 Notice Type: Request for Proposal (RFP) Tendering Procedure: Open Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a New Inert Atmosphere Laboratory Glove Box. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is March 31, 2027. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2027. Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Basis of selection: The responsive bidder who meets all Mandatory Technical Criteria and offers the lowest price will be recommended for contract award. Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: [email protected] Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in NRC contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
