Marine Atlantic Inc. Request for Proposals # 305-372-026 Terminal Process & Technology Modernization Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from suppliers for Terminal Process & Technology Modernization. Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) is seeking a supplier to deliver a comprehensive set of services and deliverables across the Terminal Modernization Program. The Supplier will provide strategic, operational, technical, and infrastructure delivery services across five primary workstreams, aligned with the organization’s transition to a standardized, event-driven, and data-enabled terminal operating model. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept proposals in whole or in part. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, November 3rd, 2026. All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website. Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time. (« MA ») est à la recherche d’un fournisseur capable d’offrir une gamme complète de services et de produits dans le cadre de son programme de modernisation des terminaux. Le fournisseur offrira des services stratégiques, opérationnels, techniques et liés aux infrastructures dans le cadre de cinq axes de travail principaux, en accord avec la transition de l’organisation vers un modèle normalisé d’exploitation des terminaux, axé sur les événements et fondé sur les données.
