The City is soliciting proposals from qualified, independent firms to conduct a comprehensive Performance Audit of the City of Corona’s Franchise Waste Hauler’s, (Waste Management) solid waste, recycling, and organics collection services, as authorized under Section 8.3 of the Franchise Agreement.
