The City of Nanaimo invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the Bastion Street Parkade Phase 5 Post-Tension Repairs. The work generally consists of post-tension strand replacement and associated repairs within the parkade structure, including the replacement of all twenty (20) post-tension strands in Beam one (1) and the replacement of one (1) tension-deficient post-tension slab strand identified as S40.
