The CIHR’s Digital and Security Services branch (DSS) needs to obtain the services of a qualified Level 3 Programmer Analyst resource on an “as and when requested” basis to execute IM/IT related projects. Requirements include: Design, development, unit testing and implementation of enhancements to existing systems or creation of new technical solutions to meet business needs; Design and development of custom applications or portals using traditional or low-code platforms; Options analyses to determine a tool/service that best meets the organization’s needs.
