Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) that includes, but is not limited for Bilingual (French/English) consultants to provide, on an as needed basis, materials, quality control and construction inspection services for a number of projects. This RISO will be from November 15, 2026 or issuance of Standing Offer to November 14, 2027 inclusive with 2 one-year option periods.This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
