The Work includes the demolition and disposal of the Lloydminster Centennial Civic Centre which was commissioned in 1966 and is located at 5405 – 49 Avenue including the disposal of site surface infrastructure. This Work shall include: • Abatement, removal, storage, transport, and disposal of hazardous, contaminated, and/or dangerous waste, including the packing, labeling, transporting, and disposal of contaminated materials at a site designated by the Contractor; • Removal and disposal of the building concrete footings, foundations, building structures, roof systems, and concrete pads; • Rem
