PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW:

The City of Palm Springs is seeking bids for a comprehensive reconstruction and overlay project covering up to 2.5 million square feet across various locations within the city. The project scope includes the recording, preservation, and resetting of existing and new survey monuments; pulverization and full-depth milling of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement; 2-inch grind and overlays; unclassified excavation; preparation of subgrade; asphalt concrete paving; adjustment of utility structures; removal and replacement of concrete curb ramps and gutters; construction of concrete cross gutters; traffic striping and markings; and all other related work. The project must be completed within 60 working days.
