EX Classification and Organizational Design Consultant

PURPOSE & SCOPE:

• What is being procured/granted?
  Consulting services for EX classification and organizational design for the Department of Indigenous Services, specifically CIRNAC’s Classification Centre of Expertise.

• Project scope and objectives:
  The consultant(s) will provide services including writing/revising executive job descriptions, reviewing current descriptions, defining organizational activities and responsibilities, evaluating changes, participating in Executive Classification Committees, analyzing and recommending organizational structures, and providing coaching to Classification Advisors.

• Contract type and estimated value:
  Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) with a level of effort estimated at 180 days over the contract period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029, with two potential one-year extensions.
