qathet Regional District (qRD) is requesting Tenders from qualified contractors for the design, construction and installation of a roof structure on the Palm Beach Regional Park washroom building.Sealed Tenders must be submitted to qRD at the Closing Location and before the Closing Date and Time as indicated on the cover page of this RFT and must include a copy of Section 1.3 of this Invitation to Tender page signed by an officer, employee or representative of the Proponent that confirms the Proponent’s intent to be bound to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
