Beverly Place is a 73-unit, 3-story Lodge located at 4410-117 Avenue Edmonton, AB. The facility was constructed in 1984 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. The existing Roof Top Exhaust fans, Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fan and Dampers require replacement due to age and condition. The existing dampers are not insulated, which results in ice build-up, which are problematic in winter months. The Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Fan is no longer serviceable due to age and lack of available parts.
