The City of Downey is seeking to procure 160 CERT backpacks and supplies to provide to participants of the City-wide CERT trainings. Backpacks will include a vest (with CERT logo), helmet (with CERT logo), heavy duty work gloves, first aid kit (scissor, triangular bandage, alcohol swabs, bandages, medical tape, nitrile gloves, disposable CPR shield, 2 gauze rolls, Q-Tips, and sterile gauzes), duct tape, painter's tape, adjustable LED headlamp with battery, clipboard, pens/pencil set, goggles, disposable surgical mask, and emergency survival blanket. All supplies must be packaged in each backpack. See Line-Item for details.
Please include with quote, shipping cost and taxes. Shipping address is Rio San Gabriel Park, 9612 Ardine St Downey, CA 90241. Shipment must be coordinated for delivery and must be completed by January 15, 2027.
