The National Research Council of Canada's (NRC) Centre for Drone Innovation, part of the Drone and Flight Autonomy Laboratory, has a requirement for the supply of one (1) long-endurance, fuel-powered, single-rotor maritime vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS), High Eye Airboxer, including one (1) ground control station, a medium-range tracking antenna, an emergency flotation kit, an engine start kit, transport cases, integration and charging equipment, a maintenance package, a field repair kit, a simulator system and an AIS receiver, suitable for persistent operations from confined land-based and maritime environments and for the integration of specialized scientific, remote-sensing and surveillance payloads.
