Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) through its Real Property Services (RPS) Branch provides federal departments and organizations with affordable, productive work environments and a full range of real property services, including workplace solutions, property and facilities management, portfolio and asset management, project management and delivery, technical services, and real estate services. RPS engages the private sector to leverage real property expertise, capacity, flexibility, agility and innovative approaches that industry can provide and is in its third generation of sourced service delivery for Property Management, Project Delivery and Optional Services. Services acquired through this Sourced Solution for Property Management Services will include operation, maintenance, facility management services and related project delivery services in Crown owned buildings across Canada. This bid solicitation may result in up to five (5) regional contracts: Pacific, Western, Quebec, Ontario, and Atlantic.
