English Title: HX260013, Safety and Environmental Training Services English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services in support of the Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 700,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional year one (1) periods and increased in order of $700,000 for each period, for a total potential opportunity of $3,500,000.00 over 5 years. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 50,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION SCREENING (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
