NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SUPPORT SERVICES (PASS)

This engagement consists of three components. Components 1 and 2 constitute a single requirement and will be awarded under one contract. Component 3 may be awarded independently or in combination with Components 1 and 2, at Canada's sole discretion. IAAC requires external professional services to support the ongoing assessment, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of these management frameworks and oversight activities. The work will support the Agency's efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, risk management, internal controls, and organizational resilience while ensuring alignment with applicable Government of Canada policy requirements, professional standards, and leading practices.
