GCNS STREAM 5 LDF - ITQ

This ITQ is being issued to qualify respondents (Qualified Respondent) for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 5 Leased Dark Fibre (LDF).Qualified Respondents will be able to participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 5 LDF Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ. The following suppliers are Qualified Respondents from a previously issued and completed GCNS Stream 5 LDF ITQ and are not required to participate in this ITQ:Rogers;Zayo Canada Inc.; andVideotron.1.
