This Request for Bids (“RFB”) is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General (the “Ministry”). The Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) oversees the unique, government-run program known as the Northern Fire Protection Program (NFPP).
