AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 28 February 2031 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is an invitation to qualify under a new Supply Arrangement. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide secure air support to the Department of National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) parachute training when it is not possible to use military air resources. Please contact the Supply Arrangement Authority to validate the Identified User List prior to any solicitation against this Supply Arrangement. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
