The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals to provide architectural, engineering design and general contracting and/or construction services (“Progressive Design Build”) to complete the design and construction of this two-story building comprised of a childcare facility on the ground floor and a Foundry space on the second floor at 2805 Carlow Road, Langford, BC (the “Facility”) using innovative construction approaches to drive the design and accelerate the project schedule.
